After just shy of a week since getting rain checked by Dallas, I texted him. It was a reasonably nice text considering, something about being curious and thinking it was rude that I hadn't heard from him in almost a week since being rain checked by him. His reply was that he hurt his back and was confined to his apartment. I do feel sorry that he injured his back but my empathy somewhat stops there since he can clearly text me back. I was nice to text him me being sorry for his injury. No word back yet...
I'm not sure what the future holds for me and Dallas since this is how it's starting.

ReplyDeleteYes, I concur...which is why he hasn't heard from me since Tuesday and probably definitely won't hear from me again...the end is quite near for Dallas.
