Dallas is done...

What the hell, Dallas. Yeah, it sucked a little but I'm not too upset about it...actually not upset at all.

So do you want to know how it ended?

We were going to meet Saturday night at Santana Row, because he couldn't think of any place he wanted to go and I didn't want to sit there with him and say "where do you wanna go?" "I don't know where do you wanna?" after he went hiking then went for a swim we planned to meet at 7:30.
At 7:30 he calls, he's on Stevens Creek sees Valley Fair but doesn't see Santana Row ( in my head, I'm yelling "are you serious?!") He's passes the banks at Valley Fair and finally figures out that he's right there. Then he calls me again about where Left Bank is...is it near Maggiano's? - I tell him no, it's inside, and to find parking then walk into the middle of SR and should be able to find it (yes, I probably wasn't as nice as I could have been at this point, I probably did sound frustrated, but oh well) A few minutes later my phone rings again...he tried to park in one parking garage but there wasn't a spot. He asked me if I knew where Olin Street was because that's where he was on Winchester. (I think to myself, 'uh yeah I know where it is, dummy!') I tell him there's another parking garage by Best Buy at Olsen (because now I get he needs streets not landmarks). Now if you haven't been to Santana Row - Best Buy is one of the biggest stores in SR and on the corner of Winchester and Stevens Creek (if you recall he was on Stevens Creek just a bit ago, and turned onto Winchester to get to Santana Row). I mean he passed by it after the first phone call (pay attention, dude!) My patience is wearing thinner and thinner with each second I'm on this call. I mean if he can't figure out where to go or where to park, what the hell. Now the fourth phone call...he's finally in the parking garage that I know has spots because it's the same one I had to drive up 5 levels to park. He's narrating what he's doing as he's driving up to level 6...then he starts singing "driving to level 6, driving to level 6..." I completely lost it at this point and say exhaustedly "Do I need to be on the phone with you as you're driving to level 6 to park?" and that's when his frustration comes out and he says to me "You know, I don't think is going to work out. Good luck to you". The surprising thing is I agreed. Do I want a guy who needs to call me at every step when we're to meet up? Oh hell no...I don't have the patience to look after a grown man.

After a bit of time I sent him this text "You know, you were right about it not working out between us...I'd like a guy a lil more sure of things, someone who can find his own way around town and one who has an opinion on a date. You should probably start studying yelp.com and branch out of Mtn View a bit more if you're going to stay." And shocker...I haven't heard from him since.

Not to be continued. . .
